Looking Through the Fog
2003

I was fortunate enough to spend three winters as a caretaker living at Red’s Meadow Resort. This sort of fog rarely makes it over the pass to the eastside, but would occasionally pour up the Middle Fork San Joaquin River watershed and fill the Red’s Meadow valley. This is taken from the Rainbow burn area, with Clyde Minaret, Ritter and Banner visible only for a matter of seconds before the fog completely closed in.
